All Products offered in the Store are new, based on designs by Anna Ziemniak and are protected by copyright.

Toska clothes are sold through a pre-order system. We sell products at three price thresholds: three weeks before shipping, reduced by 25%, two weeks before shipping by 15%, and at full price when available off the shelf. If you see a discounted product on the website, please pay attention to the lead time. We do not support overproduction; selling by pre-order allows us to meet the actual needs of our customers and adjust the quantity of sewn clothes to their orders.

All jewellery and part of the clothes are made to customer order, with a lead time of up to 14 days from payment of the order.

PAYMENTS

Payments are made by either Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay operating by Stripe. All payments are made using a secure SSL connection. 

For all sales transactions of Products in the Store, proofs of purchase are issued in the form of a receipt or a VAT invoice.

SHIPMENT

We offer delivery in Poland by In Post or UPS with cost of 20 zł, and free shipping in Poland with orders over 500 zł with code SHIPPINGPL. Please contact us if you prefer Paczkomat delivery than domestic one. We also ship to EU by UPS with cost of 60 zł. Delivery to USA costs 210 zł. The delivery of products that are in stock, usually takes place within 5 business days from receiving the order in Poland, and within 10 business days for all other destinations. Please pay attention to the lead time given under each product. Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods. Please note that the shipping services are operating according to the current restrictions and are therefore experiencing some delays.

Pick-ups possible in Krakow by appointment, please send us an email if you want to arrange your pick-up.

For international shipping, please contact us before purchasing, as you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. You may contact your customs office for additional information.

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Order Number and a summary of your purchases.

RETURNS

Toska products are subject to a return and exchange policy. Products must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt, with the original packing, all labels, and tags. If you wish to make a return, please contact our customer service department at contact@toskastudio.com to arrange the return within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your package. Together with the returned goods, please send the documentation that will be provided via email. 

We do not accept cash on delivery returns.
